Delete your Lumi account
Lumi is operated by Lumi (Android package com.lumifin.app). This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- In the app: open Profile → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
- By email: email support@lumifin.io from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request".
We verify your identity, then process the deletion. Please withdraw any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion.
What data is deleted
On deletion we permanently remove your profile, wallet/balance history, and personal data. This is irreversible and the data cannot be recovered.
What data is retained, and for how long
As a regulated financial service, we are legally required to retain certain transaction and identity-verification (KYC) records to comply with financial, anti-money-laundering (AML) and tax regulations. These records are kept for the minimum period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted. All other personal data is deleted as described above.
