Question 1

Which QR codes can I scan?

Accepted Answer

In Vietnam, Lumi supports QR payments for foreign visitors through eligible VietQR codes and QR codes from supported Vietnamese banks or wallets. Not all QR codes are compatible, as Lumi is designed for foreign users paying local merchants.

Question 2

Why does the amount sometimes fill in automatically?

Accepted Answer

Some QR codes include the amount (common at checkouts and on bills), so Lumi fills it in. Printed QR codes on stands usually don't, so you type the amount yourself. Always check it before confirming.

Accepted Answer
